The Formula For Calculating The Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek mode:
- Financing Amount x profit rate x financing period (in years) = profit amount
- Financing Amount + profit amount = total financing
- Financing Amount x rate of mutual insurance x period of financing (in years) = amount of mutual insurance
- Total financing + amount of mutual insurance = Total financing including profit and mutual insurance
- Total financing including profit and mutual insurance ÷ financing period (in months) = The monthly installment of financing.
Conditions to participate In the Mutual Insurance Fund:
- The client should not be more than 60 years.
- The total of accrued liability in mutual insurance, including profit and installment, does not exceed jd150, 000 thousand.
- The mutual insurance installment is calculated in the murabaha mode for purchase – order on the total financing (financing including profit).
- The Mutual Insurance Installment For Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek Is Calculated On The Amount Of Financing (Financing Excluding Profit).
- The customer must be subject to the health subscription conditions approved in the subscription form.
