Under the patronage of Dr. Hussein Said, General Manager of JIB, a reception was held to mark the opening of a new office in the Pavilion Mall commercial complex located on Mohammed Al Fateh Street - Dhahiyat Al-Yasmeen District / Capital Governorate Amman, and in the presence of the assistants of the general manager and the executive management of the bank, and a large group of bank's customers, dealers, elders and the people of the region on 8/12/2019. Dr. Hussein Said that we are happy to open the Pavilion Mall office which is the 29th, so that our bank will have 108 branches and offices spread in different regions of the Kingdom, and the capital Amman share of the geographical bank’s spread to 36 branches and 11 offices, in implementation of the expansion and geographical spread of our bank through the active commercial complexes and increase Our market share, and to reduce the pressure on our bank's neighboring branches in the south of Amman(Dhahiyat Al-Yasmeen, Al-Hurriya Street, Hay Nazzal, Al-Wehdat, Yarmouk), As this region is one of the active areas, demographically and commercially, and there is a lot of many shops, exhibitions, commercial complexes, medical centers and government and security departments, and to deliver our services to the largest possible number of citizens and at all times, the Pavilion office provides its banking services during the evening period until Half past nine in the evening and public holidays. The office features a comfortable design that provides services that take into account the needs of people with disabilities in all their categories (audio, visual, and mobility) Where a dedicated employee has been allocated to deal with people with disabilities and provide a dedicated counter for them and provide information brochures that take into account their needs and a special entrance for people with motor disabilities and work is under way to issue an immediate discount card for the blind in which special voice communication is available through a headset that is connected to the ATM for cash withdrawal purposes, according to the Jordan Islamic Bank’s implementation of the instructions of CBJ regarding instructions for dealing with persons with disabilities and financial consumer protection for customers with disabilities No. (18/2018), the bank worked to equip 19 branches and offices, seven in Amman, six in the northern governorates, and four in The governorates of the south, a branch in Zarqa Governorate, and a branch in Al Balqa governorate, take into account the banking needs of our bank customers with disabilities of all categories, and they represent more than 10% of the bank’s branches to serve this group of the community.
