Jordan Islamic Bank announced 222 winners for the draw for the first week of the blessed month of Ramadan for the participants in the marketing campaign that the bank launched since the beginning of the month of Ramadan for users of its banking cards under the title "Ramadan is special with us/ shopping with your banking cards during the holy month to get the chance to win in one of the weekly prizes offered." The allocation of 888 cash prizes distributed over the four weeks by conducting a draw for 222 prizes every week to reward the largest number of its customers who use banking cards issued by the bank of all kinds (Visa card and / or Master card) in purchase from shops or online shopping, and the announcement will be made for the winners at the end of each week of Ramadan, by sending a text message (sms) to the winners' phone numbers stating that the value of the prizes has been entered into their accounts.
CEO / General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, said that the launch of this promotional campaign, which is the second during the current year 2021, comes in appreciation of our customers who use our bank’s cards and to enhance and motivate them to continue using the cards that meet their needs easily and safely, and to win prizes that are made allocating them throughout the year, which is a continuation of the promotional campaigns that the bank carries out annually. The total prizes allocated by the bank during the current year and up to the end of the month of Ramadan reached 1448 cash prizes for all users of banking cards issued by the bank.
Dr. Hussein Said stressed the bank’s keenness to consolidate bonds of bonding with its customers, who are a source of pride and partners in all the bank’s successes while continuing to implement more campaigns that enhance the confidence of customers and their choice to deal with the bank.
It is worth noting that the bank has been providing prizes to the users of its banking cards of various kinds since 2008, and the total prizes until the end of 2020 amounted to about JD 1.840 million, as the bank bears the value of all these prizes from the money of the shareholders according to the Sharia fatwa issued in this regard.
