JIB is a Main Sponsor of Women Engineers conference On Entrepreneurship

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) contributed in providing the support and main sponsorship of the specialized scientific conference on Women Engineering and entrepreneurship which was inaugurated by HRH princess Sumaya Bint AlHassan by an organization of Jordan Engineers Association / Women Engineers Committee titled “Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development” with a wide participation of experts and specialists during the period 8-9 May 2016. JIB’s sponsorship of the conference is an extension of its support for activities of Jordan Engineers Association including the sponsorship of Building Management Systems Conference which the Association organized at the end of last April to collaborate the participatory relationship among different corporate sectors and assert the bank’s assuming its social responsibilities and its interest in communicating with different community institutions. However, the conference aims to shed light on the scientific and technical capacities in entrepreneurship and motivate creative thinking to transform innovative ideas to meaningful projects in addition to display sustainable samples. HRH princess Sumaya Bint AlHasan handed JIB an honorary shield for its contribution to support the conference. On the another hand, Eng. Majid AlTabaa, the Head of Jordan Engineers Association and Jumana Sameer AlMefleh, Chief of Women Engineers Committee extended their thanks to Jordan Islamic Bank for its main sponsorship of the conference.
