JIB Exclusive Sponsor of "Information Security" Forum

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) sponsored the Jordan Development Day Forum entitled "Information Security, Investigation, Auditing, Compliance - Modern Methods of Cost Reduction" under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Abu Hammour, former Minister of Finance. The Forum witnessed wide participation of bankers and specialists in information security, risk and compliance, information and communication technology, solutions providers, electronic payment companies and regulators from various sectors, during the period 2-3 / 4/2019 at the Holiday Inn Hotel. On this participation, Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of JIB, said that, through its sponsorship of this forum, our bank aims to realize its social and economic role by supporting various activities that contribute to supporting the national economy. Moreover, allow specialists to discuss the challenges and risks of rapid developments in digital technology such as electronic attacks and malicious programs facing various sectors, including the banking sector to reach solutions and results supporting the work of various sectors involved. For his part, the Director General of the Jordan Day Development Center Mr. Mohammed Al-Faqir expressed his thanks and appreciation to Jordan Islamic Bank and its pioneering role in the Jordanian banking sector for its continuous support of various training, scientific and technical activities supporting the national economy. At the end of the event, a special honorary shield was handed over to Jordan Islamic Bank in recognition of its sponsorship of the forum and certificates were distributed to participants.
