Jordan Islamic Bank is a Gold Sponsor for SME Financing Forum and startups

JIB provided the gold sponsorship to the Forum SMEs for Finance and Startups which is organized by the Union of Arab Banks and the European Bank for Reconstruction and development (EBRD) / London, and the Association of Banks in Jordan and the Arab Union for Small Enterprises / Egypt, Under the patronage of Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan,  and with the participation of Arab and international bankers and specialists during the period 28-29 October 2019 at the Kempinski Hotel / Dead Sea.  On the bank's sponsorship for the forum, Dr. Hussein Said/ Chief Executive Officer / General Manager of JIB, said that: The continuing and support of the JIB for the Arab Banks Union forums and meetings is a confirmation of the Bank's role in assuming its social responsibilities through the provision of support and participation in all efforts to improve the Arab and Islamic banking, including this forum, which reflected the highlights on  the growing role of SMEs and startups and their reflection on the development of the national economy and the promotion of development Which is of great interest from our bank to promote financial inclusion and provide funding for young people to own their entrepreneurial projects and contribute to solving the problems of poverty and unemployment, and Contribute to the development of solutions to meet the various challenges and expand the provision of funding for these projects. For his part, Mr. Wissam Fattouh, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Banks, thanked the JIB for sponsoring this Forum and special shield was delivered to JIB at the end of the forum
