Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) and Jordanian Doctors Syndicate signed a joint cooperation agreement through which the bank continues to provide Islamic finances and services for associates , retirees and employees of the syndicate for the purposes of possessing houses or buying cars or furnishing clinics and offices of doctors and their jobs’ needs in competitive prices and comfortable conditions in accordance with sharia principles in a renewal of the agreement which was signed in 2007.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammad Allan, Deputy General Manager on behalf of JIB and Dr, Nidal Badran , Secretary General on behalf of the Syndicate in the head office of Jordanian doctors syndicate on Thursday 6/10/2016.
On this occasion, Mr. Musa Shihadeh , CEO – General Manager of JIB said signing this agreement is a practical application of the bank’s role in supporting national economy and serving the local community through the activation and sustainability of communication with various local community institutions. We welcome the continuation of joint cooperation with the Jordanian doctors syndicate and other institutions which are associated with the bank by memorandum of understanding to benefit from Islamic financing and banking services in competitive prices and comfortable conditions.
The agreement includes granting the syndicate’s associates financings based on the modes of Ijara Muntahia Bittamleek and Murabaha sale ( for the purchase of building materials , houses, lands , real estates , cars , furniture and electric appliances), Musawamah sale ( for the purchase of furniture, electric appliances, mobile phones , computers) , Istisna’a mode for ( constructions) with competitive return in addition to benefit from sharia products based on the sharia mode ( Ijara Mawsoufah Bizzemah ) such as Labbayk product for financing travels of Haj & Umrah , Iqra’a product for financing tuitions in schools and universities , Shifa’a product for medication and Tourism product along with involving the financiers in mutual insurance fund, benefit from electronic services provided by the bank such as the issuance of banking cards service : visa & visa electron , SMS , I – Banking , E-Fawatercom.
