Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) and Jordanian Teachers Syndicate honored 131 high school valedictorians , teachers’ children and top schools / summer season from various governorates by providing cash prizes for top achieving students and handing honorary shields to top schools in addition to cover the cost of the celebratory ceremony which was held under the patronage of the General Manager of JIB and Mr. Basel Frayhat , Head of Jordanian Teachers Syndicate , with the attendance of members of the syndicate , top achieving students, their relatives and principals of the schools on Saturday 27/8/2016 at Jabri Restaurant.
On behalf of the General Manager, CEO of JIB, Dr Hussein Said , Deputy General Manager delivered a statement in which he extended his congratulations to the top achieving students , their relatives, teachers, Jordanian Teachers Syndicate and Ministry of Education for the efforts exerted to achieve these good results and making a room for Jordan Islamic Bank , for the fifth consecutive year, to participate in honoring the high school valedictorians in confirmation of the bank’s social role and assuming its social responsibilities towards community members and honor excellent students. He emphasized as well on the bank’s continuation to support teachers syndicate due to the distinguished partnership between the bank and the syndicate since the incorporation of the first teachers syndicate in 2012 along with the continuation to apply the reduction on Murabaha ratio for financings granted for members and associates of the syndicate and employees of Ministry of Education , in addition to give the students the opportunity to benefit from Iqra’a product for financing education provided by the bank to finance tuitions of the university and install them with comfortable and suitable conditions.
For his part, Mr. Basel Frayhat delivered a statement in which he extended his thanks to Jordan Islamic Bank for supporting the ceremony and honoring the high school valedictorians and schools. He confirmed as well the continuation to consolidate the strategic partnership between the two parties. On the other hand, students , their parents and schools’ managements expressed their thanks and appreciation to Jordan Islamic Bank and Jordanian Teachers Syndicate.
