JIB Supports Clean Up Campaign on World Earth Day

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) sponsored the environmental activities organized by the Jordan Environment Association / Cleanup Campaign under the initiative "Our Tourism is the Address of our Wealth  ", in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism, the Tourism Committee and the Tourism Promotion Authority. The ceremony was held on April 22 of each year. The activity included the cleaning of the Naba al-Ba'ath Park and the surrounding area with the participation of students from schools and their teachers and members of the Environment Society and volunteers on Sunday, 23/4/2018. Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of JIB, said, "The Bank's support and sponsorship of this activity comes from the Bank's responsibility towards the community and the environment and to participate in any activity that contributes to the promotion of environmental awareness among the members of the community and the welfare of society. " Mr. Maan Nassairah, Executive Director of the Jordanian Environment Society, thanked Jordan Islamic Bank for its continuous contribution to supporting the activities and initiatives of the Environment Society, Including this activity, which aims to attract the attention of the largest possible segment of the community of the importance of preserving the homeland and the environment.
