JIB Supports the Conference of the Jordan Scholars Association

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB)  supported the conference of the Jordan Scholars Association entitled "The role of scientists in promoting the values ​​of comprehensive security" in cooperation with the Faculty of Sharia, University of Jordan under the patronage of the President of the University of Jordan, Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Qudah and in the presence of Major General Fadil Al-Hamoud, Director of Public Security and with the participation of a group of scholars, academics, Jurisprudence, Islamic Affairs, Public Security, Economists, Politicians, Media and Legal Advocates, in Al-Hassan Bin Talal Stadium / University of during the period 3-4 / 10/2018. In a welcoming speech delivered by Dr. Hussain Said, Deputy General Manager of JIB, during the opening of the conference, he expressed his pride in the bank’s participation in this conference, which shows the role of Jordanian scholars in enhancing the values ​​of comprehensive security and looking forward to the future prospects for comprehensive security. He also reviewed the role of scholars in the success of Islamic banking, asserting that the Bank's  assuming its social responsibilities comes through the continuity of the bank's support, participation or sponsorship of various activities, meetings and conferences that support science and scientists and their achievements and benefit everyone. Dr. Ali Abu Al-Ezz, Head of the Internal Sharia Audit Department, participated in the conference's second session entitled "Comprehensive Security (Political and Economic Field). Dr. Bassam Al Amoush, President of Jordan Scholars Association, expressed his thanks and appreciation to JIB for sponsoring the conference and its continuous support for the various activities of Jordan Scholars Association. The President of the University of Jordan, Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Qudah, handed Dr. Hussein Said an honorary shield in recognition of Jordan Islamic Bank's sponsorship of the conference. The conference tackled the values of the comprehensive security and its areas (social, economic, political and media), the role of Jordanian scholars, social media, legislation and future horizons in achieving comprehensive security and confronting the various challenges and threats facing it.
