JIB obtained the award of the Best Brand Award in Jordan for the year 2020

Jordan Islamic Bank won the Best Brand Award for an Islamic Bank in Jordan for the year 2020 from the Banking Executive Magazine issued by the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB), during the celebration of Arab banks ’achievements in the Arab Banking Excellence and Achievement Awards for the year 2020, which was held in Beirut on 18/12/2020, and in the presence of senior bankers and international regulatory from international and regional institutions. Dr. Hussein Said, CEO / General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, said that awarding this award confirms the strength of our bank’s brand at the level of Jordan and its good and strong position, which reflects the most important elements of our bank’s culture and vision and strengthens its partnership with its customers, as the current brand of our bank was developed Since 2009.  Also World Union of Arab Bankers continues to follow up on the achievements of our bank and since the start of awarding the Excellence and Banking Achievement Awards since 2015, so that our bank has won awards for excellence, including the award of the strongest bank in providing Islamic banking services for several times, appreciating the interest in the achievements of Arab banks and honoring them in this important event, stressing Continuing to make more efforts to stay at the forefront. For his part, Mr. Wissam Hassan Fattouh, Secretary General of the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB) and the Union of Arab Banks said that the Union is proud of Jordan Islamic Bank, which won this award from the Banking Excellence and Achievement Awards for the year 2020, which is held for the sixth consecutive year, It also came in recognition of the bank’s excellence in promoting its distinctive brand that deserved to collect this award and to be an incentive for the rest of the Arab banks to continuously strive for success and leadership in various fields.
