Jordan Islamic Bank and the Ministry of Education participated in honoring a group of distinguished teachers from various education directorates on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, which falls on 5 October of each year, in appreciation of the distinguished teachers’ efforts and the positive impact on the educational environment. The honoring ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khair Abu Qadis, and in the presence of CEO/General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, the general secretaries of the Ministry and other supporting institutions, at the Teachers Club building in Amman. On this occasion, " Dr. Hussein Said ", said that: our bank’s participation in this ceremony comes to enhance the participatory and sustainable relationship that binds our bank with the Ministry of Education and confirms that our bank assumes its social responsibilities in the educational field and supports the educational and scientific process through appreciating the tireless efforts made by all foundations of educational construction, which the teacher is one of the most important of these foundations that must be appreciated and supported, appreciating the ministry giving Jordan Islamic Bank the opportunity to participate in honoring teachers on World Teachers’ Day, stressing the continuity of the bank’s presence in any activity that supports the educational sector. At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency the Minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to the supporting institutions, including Jordan Islamic Bank, where the Bank's CEO received a shield in appreciation of his participation and support for the ceremony.
