Jordan Islamic Bank participated in the honorary ceremony held by the Ministry of Education for the second year respectively to honor a distinguished group of teachers from various education directorates throughout the Kingdom within the annual celebration of World Teachers' Day, emphasizing the role of the Jordanian teacher in the renaissance of education and strengthening his role and his message. The ceremony was held under the patronage of the representative of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Nawaf Al-Ajarmeh, Secretary General of the Ministry of Education for Educational and Technical Affairs, and in the presence of the CEO/General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, and a number of officials in the ministry and other supporting institutions, in the King’s Academy building on the fifth of the current month of October, Dr. Nawaf Al-Ajarma also handed an honorary shield to Dr. Hussein Said in appreciation of the bank's support and participation in presenting gifts to the honored teachers. For his part, Dr. Hussein Said expressed his pride in the participatory relationship that brings together Jordan Islamic Bank and the Ministry of Education, indicating that the Bank’s support for the Ministry’s activities comes as an affirmation of the Bank’s commitment to its social responsibility in the educational field and to support the educational and academic process and to enhance the role of the teacher, his distinguished efforts and his mission as a major contributor to the renaissance of education and the upbringing of generations on lofty goals that contribute to building society and moving the wheel of the national economy, stressing the bank's continuous endeavor to be present in any activity aimed at supporting the education process in Jordan.
