Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) held a celebration to honor its employees who completed ten years’ service at the bank from different administrative levels in the meetings hall at the head office of the bank.
Mr. Musa Shihadeh, CEO – General Manager of JIB handed 37 employees a souvenir which is a watch decorated with the Bank’s slogan with the attendance of the executive management.
Mr. Shihadeh said the bank has consistently held two annual honoring ceremonies for employees who complete ten years at the bank out of assuming its social responsibilities towards its staff to sustain communication with them, appreciate their performance and achievements, enhance the sense of loyalty and employment stability, push productivity and deepen the sense of team work.
The honored employees extended their thank and gratitude to the bank’s management for its permanent communication and appreciation of the efforts exerted by the employees, confirming the continuity of giving and make further efforts for the development and growth of the bank.
