Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) concluded its training plan to promote the concept of financial inclusion among its clients this year by holding a specialized workshop for a group of SME'S clients in the southern governorates of Karak, Thania, Muta, AlQasr and Tafila which is organized by the Bank in the framework of cooperation with the Central Bank of Jordan and Sanad Fund for financing micro, small and medium projects. The workshop is prepared and organized by SME Financing Department and the Training and Human Resources Development Academy at the Bank. Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank expressed his pride in the Bank's efforts to implement its strategy to enhance financial coverage among the various segments of the society, including the Bank's customers in various governorates of SME'S, which was launched by the Bank since 2017 and continued this year to cover the capital Amman and the governorates of North and Central and Zarqa and now in the southern governorates and will continue to hold these workshops until the end of 2019 to include the governorate of Aqaba and cover the rest of the southern branches to cover as much as possible of the Bank's customers within this sector. These workshops are organized to inform the Bank's clients of the most important financial and managerial skills and tools necessary for financial planning and business management in accordance with best practices, which will help in obtaining financing for MSMEs, how to make the right decision to identify the appropriate funding source, , and to clarify the role of financial inclusion in promoting economic and social stability and achieving sustainable development. The Assistant General Manager of JIB, Dr. Musa Mubarak, delivered the certificates to the participants in the workshop. For their part, the participants commended Jordan Islamic Bank's keenness to maintain continuous communication with its clients and allow them to participate in this workshop and benefit from it in managing their projects.
