Jordan Islamic Bank Sponsors the 9th Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference

Jordan Islamic Bank provided the silver sponsor for 9th Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference  (facet and virtual), which was organized by Jordanian Engineers Association / Chemical Engineering Division, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Shehadeh Abu Hudaib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Potash Company (APC) and In the presence of Eng. Ahmed Samara Al-Zoubi, the Jordanian Engineers Syndicate, and with the participation of a group of engineers and experts in more than 25 Arab and International countries., during the period 12-14/10/2021 at Le Royal Hotel - Amman. On this occasion, CEO/General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, said, “Our bank’s sponsorship of this conference comes to strengthen the participatory and sustainable relationship with the Jordanian Engineers Association and in order to achieve the role of our bank by assuming its social responsibilities by supporting various civil society institutions through the continuity of providing support or participating in many seminars, meetings and conferences that bring benefit and interest to the scientific, academic and research sector and the local community, with our hopes that the desired goals of holding this conference will be achieved. The head of the preparatory committee for the conference, Dr. Zakaria Al-Qudah, and the head of the Chemical Engineering Division, Eng. Muhammad Al-Mahamid, thanked and appreciated Jordan Islamic Bank for its great role in supporting the various activities of the Jordanian Engineers Association, including this conference. The representative of Jordan Islamic Bank received an honorary shield from the Association in appreciation of the bank’s sponsorship of the conference, along with other supporting institutions. The conference included topics related to the development of chemical engineering science, challenges and modern and different applications, workshops and lectures aimed at transferring experiences and knowledge and communication between researchers and various academic and industrial institutions, and the names of the winning companies were announced for the best Jordanian product in the chemical and plastic industries sector.
