Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) provided the support for the conference of sustainable transport in Amman and Aqaba by an organization of Jasmine for training courses under the patronage of Mr. Aqel Biltaji, the mayor of Amman with a participation of academics, specialists, researchers and university students at Millennium Hotel on Saturday 30/4/2016.
JIB ‘s sponsorship and support of this conference is out of strengthening the cooperative role between the bank and the civil community institutions and out of its adopted approach in performing social role in addition to its economic and developmental roles through providing the support for many initiatives aiming to serve community including this conference which highlights the primary role of transport sector in national economy and the importance of introducing sustainable transport concept in planning and development processes for different types of transports.
