JIB Supports the conference "Challenges of the Telecommunications Sector in Jordan"

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) participated in the support of the National Conference entitled "Challenges of the telecommunications sector in Jordan", which was launched by Deputy Prime Minister , Minister of State for Prime Minister Affairs HE. Mr. Jamal Al-Sarayrah and organized by Al-Yasmeen Training Foundation and with the participation of Minister of Communications HE. Mrs. Majd Shweikea , Specialists and researchers from the public and private sectors and decision-makers in the field of communications and information technology, on Sunday 13/5/2018 at the Millennium Hotel. Regarding the Bank’s contribution to support the conference, Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of JIB, said: "out of our bank's commitment to its social responsibilities through providing support to many initiatives aimed at serving the community and its development and developing the cooperative role between our bank and civil society institutions and the public sector, the support of our bank for this specialized conference came as the ICT sector plays a major role in the national economy and the importance of adopting policies that support the sustainable telecommunications sector. Jordan will be a regional center in the field of ICT and will benefit the national economy and the local community.
