JIB Sponsors the Islamic Cultural Centre’s Competitions

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) provided the cash prizes for winners in the competition of the memorization of Holy Quran  for students of the University of Jordan (UJ) and the local community and the cultural competition organized by Islamic cultural Centre / UJ. An honoring celebration was held to distribute the prizes under the patronage of Dr. Ahmad Awaysheh, Director of the Islamic cultural Centre , where JIB was handed an honorary shield in appreciation of sponsoring the prizes annually on Thursday 3/8/2017. The bank provides the prizes out  of its role In assuming social responsibilities through its interest to participate in the events concerned with the preservation of the Holy Quran and provide the sponsorship and support for winners in the competitions or cover the costs of Holy Quran memorization’s competitions organized by various bodies such as the annual support for the International Hashemite competition for Memorization and Recital of Holy Quran for males and females which is organized by the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, competitions of  the preservation of Holy Quran Society , Yarmouk University, University of Jordan , Faculty of Sharia, schools …etc. Dr. Ahmad Awaysheh extended his thanks and gratitude to Jordan Islamic Bank for its continuation to sponsor the cash prizes provided to winners in the competition annually in addition to supporting the activities of the center which serves the university students and the local community.
