Out of the interest of Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) in its human cadres, the bank continued honoring its retirees who reached retirement age and its employees who completed ten years of service in the bank from various levels of administration within a ceremony held under the patronage of the Bank's General Manager Mr. Musa Shihadeh. With the presence of the senior Bank's management Jabri restaurant on 15/9/2018. In a welcoming speech, Mr. Mr. Musa Shihadeh expressed his pride in the opportunity offered to all to work in a team spirit in Jordan Islamic Bank and contribute to the growth and development of the bank to become one of the leading institutions in the Islamic banking business to win international awards and credit ratings and achieve a prominent position in the service of the national economy and banking sector Jordan. The honoring ceremony is an affirmation of the Bank's commitment to its social responsibilities towards the members of the internal community and the keenness and management of the Bank with human cadres, maintaining communication with them, motivating them, enhancing their loyalty and importance of job stability that reflects positively on performance and promotion of work. Mr. Mohammed Alan, the former Deputy General Manager of the Bank, delivered a speech on behalf of the retired employees, in which he praised the management of the Bank and all the employees who contributed to the development and growth of the Bank. At the end of the ceremony, Mr. Musa Shihadeh handed over 41 retired employees a commemorative gift wishing them continued health and wellness. He also handed over a souvenir from the bank to 58 employees, a wristwatch with the logo of the bank expressing his pride for his staff and that this honor is an incentive for them to make more efforts.
