Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) announced that it has provided banking services via smart phone ( Mobile Banking ) for users of IPhone and Android in Arabic and English languages and the application which enables clients to follow up their banking accounts and make some transactions easily to save time and effort is available on Apple Store and Google Play. Mobile Banking application provides many services that are flexible , secured and simple to use such as self-registration service which needs to be activated for the first time through the bank’s call center No. 5680001 or by visiting any of the bank’s branches, balance inquiry and last transaction on each account , account statement inquiry with the possibility to download it in PDF format , the financial transfer between accounts in addition to other accounts inside the bank with the possibility to add the beneficiary account online , foreign currencies prices service, the location of the bank’s branches and ATMs, E- Fawatercom service and other services. Mr. Musa Shihadeh, CEO – General Manager of JIB asserted the bank’s interest in ensuring the best banking services for its clients to keep pace with the technological developments in accordance with provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia, asking clients to download the application and benefit from its services in its initial phase , indicating that the services provided will expand in the future to be added to the electronic services the bank will launch in addition to update the current services such as the bank’s website , I- Banking, SMS, new services on the ATMs in addition to other electronic services.
