In order to achieve the plans of job replacement for the category of branch managers, it was held under the patronage of Dr. Hussein Said, CEO/General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, a graduation ceremony of the sixth regiment of first-level leaders of the Bank’s employees participating in the comprehensive training program “preparation of first- level leadership” organized by the Bank’s academy for human resources training and development. In the presence of the general manager’s assistants and department managers at the bank’s general administration building on the fourth of August. On this occasion, Dr. Hussein Said, said: The graduation of our qualified employees to be among the leaders of the first-level comes in fulfillment of our bank’s strategy by empowering its cadres to be qualified to receive higher leadership positions and possess distinguished capabilities capable of keeping pace with the latest developments in Islamic banking and making the right administrative decisions, which are thus reflected on performance. The employees were selected based on specific criteria by the Human Resources Development Committee to achieve the goals prepared for the program to qualify them to receive administrative and supervisory tasks in the branches, within the merit of institutional training (leadership). The total number of employees who have undergone this program since its adoption is about One hundred employees. Dr. Hussain Said handed the certificates to sixteen employees from various branches who participated in the program and the employees expressed their thanks to the bank’s management for its continuous interest in developing the capabilities of its employees and their development to serve their institution, which they are proud to be a part of and its successes. The training program, which lasted for about two months, included topics that dealt with the challenges facing Islamic banks, the selling skills of branch managers, transformational leadership, change management, creative thinking, initiative and innovation techniques, change management, strategic planning and risk management.
