Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) participated in the annual ceremony of Academy of the Blind under the patronage of His Highness Prince Marad bin Ra'ad Bin Zaid, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Disabled Persons, on the occasion of Independence Day and in recognition of the high school graduates students ( Tawjihi) In the presence of officials of the Ministry of Education and parents of students, in the building of the Academy of the Blind on Thursday 10/5/2018. Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of JIB expressed his pride in the Bank's commitment to social responsibility towards people with special needs and underprivileged groups through the continuation of the Bank's annual patronage of the event. Jordan Islamic Bank has been honoring students of the blind students at the Abdullah bin Maktoum School and the Blind Academy In addition to the exclusive sponsorship of the ceremony and the provision of gifts for blind students, which are the recording devices and speakers that help students after graduation from the Academy to continue their educational process and move to the university. HRH Prince Marad bin Zaid distributed certificates and gifts from the bank to 20 graduate students and also handed over to Jordan Islamic Bank an honorary shield in honor of its sponsorship and support for the Blind Academy's ceremony, which was handed over to Mr. Ahmed Abdel Kareem, Director of Public Relations of the bank. For his part, Abdul Moneim Al-Duwairi, Director of the Blind Academy commended Jordan Islamic Bank and its annual support to blind students through sponsoring and supporting the various activities of the Academy and continuing its sponsorship of the ceremony and honoring the blind students, stressing his pride in cooperation and ongoing partnership between the bank and the Academy.
