JIB Honors its Employees who Completed Ten Years at the Bank

Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) continued to honor its staff who completed  ten years’ service at the Bank from different administrative levels in an honoring celebration held under the patronage of Mr. Musa Shihadeh, CEO, General Manager of JIB in the Hall Meetings at the Head office of the bank, where 126 employees were honored. On this occasion, Mr. Shihadeh said holding this annual honoring celebration is an assertion of the bank’s continuation to assume its social responsibilities towards its staff and its keen interest to communicate with them and make use of any opportunity to appreciate them ,reinforce their loyalty to the bank and their employment stability.  hoped that this honoring would be a motivation for them to exert more efforts in order for JIB to remain distinguished in all aspects especially its human resources , the pillars of its success. However, Mr. Shihadeh handed employees souvenir  which is a watch decorated with the Bank’s slogan. The honored employees expressed their thanks and gratitude to the bank’s management for its interest in the employees and supporting them, asserting their pride of having the opportunity to work in one of the most important banking institution in Jordan.
