A new location of Ghweriah Branch

Under the patronage of Mr. Musa Shihadeh , CEO - General Manager , Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) held a gala  on the occasion of moving its branch in Ghweriah area  Zarqa to a new location owned by the bank in the same street, King Ghazi street with a participation of a numbers of the bank’s clients , dignitaries , residents and dealers of the area welcoming the new location of the bank. Mr. Shihadeh welcomed the attendees and said choosing a new location of Ghweriah branch which was inaugurated as a cash office in 1991, then was converted to a  branch in 1994 is an implementation of the bank’s plan to dispense with rented buildings and have buildings possessed by the bank to take into consideration the geographic presence that is close to clients to cover the needs and expansion of operations and clients for they have bigger area and to keep pace with modern technological developments by providing the best banking and investment services that are in compliance with principles of Islamic Sharia. Shihadeh indicated that JIB provides its services in different areas of the kingdom through 97 branches and offices, where its branches in Zarqa governorate which is considered the third largest governorate in the kingdom in terms of population density reached 12 branches and offices including nine branches in ( Zerqa, Zerqa Jadidah, Hashmia, Rusaifa, Yajouz, Hai Masoum, Ghweriah, Dlail, Wadi – AlHajar ) and three offices in ( Al-Hurrah, Owjan , Hittin ) , asserting the continuation to implement the reach  and geographic expansion plan of the bank by opening  new branches and offices or moving them to new locations to meet the needs of its clients by ensuring banking and financing services that are in compliance with provisions  and principles of Islamic Sharia.
