The Prime Minister honors JIB for supporting the endowment of education

Dr. Omar Al-Razzaz, Prime Minister, handed Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) a special shield in recognition of the bank’s contribution and donation to the Jordanian Education Endowment with an amount of one hundred thousand dinars to build or maintain schools and complete educational projects that improve the educational environment in Jordan. The honoring was during the ceremony held to launch the endowment of education in the presence of Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Abdul Nasser Abu Al-Basal, Minister of Education Dr. Azmi Muhafazah, Chairman of the Education Waqf Council HE Hamdi Al-Tabbaa, members of the Council and other supporting figures. It was held in Al Hussein Youth City Amman Grand Hall on 24/9/2018. On this occasion, Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of JIB, said that the Bank's contribution to supporting education is an enhancement of the Bank's social responsibilities to support sustainable development in the field of Waqf and its importance in supporting educational development. He commended the joint efforts between the public and private sectors, in the various educational, health and other sectors and contribute to the acceleration of economic development and community service. He stressed the continuity of the Jordanian Islamic Bank's support for this endowment.
