Jordan Islamic Bank announced the transfer of its office in the Sport City / Capital Governorate to the eighty-first branch in the same location in the Sport City - Prince Zaid bin Shaker Square (Sports City Roundabout) Hajj Investment Fund Complex / Queen Rania Al Abdullah Street, as of Sunday 6/9/2020.
On this occasion, Dr. Hussein Said, CEO / General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, said that the transformation of the Sports City office, which opened in 2015 to a branch, came in implementation of the geographical spread plan and based on deepened studies to meet the needs of our customers and expanding in the provision of all banking, financing and investment services, the bank has 108 branches and offices spread throughout the Kingdom, and the number of bank branches and offices in Amman are 47 branches and offices. In addition to providing the various digital electronic services that provided by the bank (mobile banking, I-banking services, SMS Banking Service, and the expansion of ATM machines, which reached 262 ATMs spread throughout the Kingdom. In addition to providing many different communication channels that the bank provides to its customers through e-mail, the "Islamic Messenger" (digital assistant) service on Messenger and call center "065680001", which allows the bank's customers to obtain an automatic response around the clock.
It is worth noting that the bank implemented during the current year 2020 the branching and geographical spread plan by moving its two branches in the Hai Maasoum / Zarqa Governorate and Al-Hashemi Street / Irbid Governorate to two new sites owned by the bank and will continue to open branches and offices or transfer offices to branches or move them to new locations, according to the prepared plan.
