Jordan Islamic Bank announced that it will continue to implement the geographical expansion plan for the year 2022 by transforming its office in AL- Mazar Al-Shamali district / Irbid Governorate to the eighty-eighth branch located on the main street near the Great Mazar Mosque, as of 20/11/2022.
CEO / General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, said that the transformation of AL-Mazar Al-Shamali office into a branch comes in support of the expansion of our bank in providing its investment and financing services in accordance with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia in order to serve the people of the district and as a result of the dense population expansion and the wide activity in the commercial and agricultural movement and various craft and professional projects in the district.
Dr. Hussein Said indicated that the bank has been present in AL-Mazar Al-Shamali district since 2019, and its share within the governorate of Irbid amounts to sixteen branches and offices, which are located in (Baghdad Street, Al-Hashemi Street, Palestine Street, Aydon Street, Hakama Street, Hosun Street, City Center, Bani Kinana, Deir Abi Saeed, Al-Shunah al-Shamalyah, Al-Ramtha, Al- Taybeh, Al-Shajara, Al-Tora, Ramtha Office and AL-Mazar Al-Shamali), in addition to enhancing digital banking services through the bank’s digital electronic channels (Islami Mobile, Islami Internet, and Islami ATM), as Irbid governorate includes 47 ATMs, Ten of them provide cash deposit service, out of a total of 316 ATMs spread throughout the Kingdom, of which 78 provide cash deposit service in addition to QR cash withdrawal service without a card, with the expansion of services provided through these machines, stressing the bank's keenness to be close to its customers by continuing its geographical expansion and excellence in digital banking services that keep pace with the latest technological developments and are compatible with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia.
