Mr. Musa Shihadeh, General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) distributed certificates to graduates of the bank employees who participated in the training program “preparation and rehabilitation of credit officers” organized by the bank's training academy and human resources development during a graduation ceremony which was held at the head office of the bank with the presence of the senior and executive management.
Mr. Shihadeh said our bank’s continuation to hold this training program and the participation of staff who are selected according to certain criteria set by the Human Resources Development Committee comes in line with the Bank's strategy to raise the level and performance of its employees and to qualify them to take responsibility for making sound credit decisions and taking responsibility in accordance with the Bank's approaches and future plans to provide qualified and distinguished human resources that contribute to improving the performance of the bank and achieve the best results.
The training program, which was attended by employees of the Bank from different levels of management and lasted for two months, included many topics , most notably: Islamic financing and investment modes, introduction to financing and investment (retail banking), foundations and criteria for financing companies, financial analysis, financing risk management , Finance of enterprises, Finance of foreign trade and Debt management.
