Under the patronage of Dr. Hussain Said, CEO / General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) , a graduation ceremony was held for JIB’s employees participating in the Credit Officers Preparation and Training Course organized by the Training and Human Resources Development Academy. The certificates were distributed to 27 employees who participated in the training program and in the presence of senior management of the bank. On this occasion, Dr Hussain Said said that out of the Bank’s interest in raising the performance of its employees and qualify them to meet their different training needs, including holding managerial positions capable of making the right credit decisions and in line with the Bank's policies, the training program for the preparation and qualification of credit officers has been prepared and organized for eight courses and for various periods. A total of 175 distinguished employees with special qualifications were trained to be highly professional credit officers and were selected according to criteria established by the Human Resources Development Committee. Based on our interest in human cadres in the field of training, during the last year 2018, 5833 employees participated in courses and seminars organized by the training academy in the bank and specialized centers in Jordan and abroad and in the field of e-learning. The participants in the training program expressed their thanks to the management of the Bank, which gives its employees continuous attention and enhances their loyalty. The training program lasted for two months and covered topics including: Introduction to Finance and Investment, Foundations and Criteria for Granting Financing to Companies, Managing Bad Debts, Financial Analysis, Legal Aspects of Financing and Investment Models in Islamic Banks, Financing Risk Management.
