Jordan Islamic Bank concluded the comprehensive training program " preparation of first- level leadership " with the graduation of the seventh regiment / central region and the eighth regiment / northern region, organized by the Bank's Academy of Training and Human Resources Development.
On this occasion, Dr. Hussein Said, CEO/General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank stated that, based on the job replacement plan for the category of branch managers and its positive impact on practical performance and work productivity, Jordan Islamic Bank applies a strategy to qualify employees who meet the conditions of the first- level leadership preparation program, to become qualified and empowered from receiving leadership positions and keeping abreast of recent developments, within the foundations and standards approved by the Bank’s Human Resources Development Committee within the competence of institutional (leadership) training to implement the goals specified in the supervisory and administrative tasks in the branches, where participated in this program since its application in 2004 about one hundred and twenty nine employees.
The graduation concerts were held in the building of Head office/ Al -Shmeisani and in the building of the Academy of Jordan Islamic Bank in Irbid/ Al -Hashemi Street, where the Assistant General Manager of Jordan Islamic Bank,
Dr. "Mohamed Fahmy" Al -Jabari delivered certificates and gifts in kind on thirty employees who participated in the program, which lasted for about two months and ensures the topics of challenges facing Islamic banks, creative thinking, initiative techniques, innovation, transformational leadership, change management, strategic planning and sales skills of branch managers and risk management.
