Honoring JIB for supporting the 1st Economic Conference UJ / Aqaba

University of Jordan (UJ) / Aqaba branch honored Jordan Islamic Bank (JIB) for supporting the first economic conference “ASEZ : reality and aspirations” kicked off at UJ Aqaba / Faculty of Management and Financing in cooperation with the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) whose  chief commissioner Dr Hani Mulki inaugurated the conference on behalf of Prime Minister Ensour. However, the two -  day conference attended by UJ president Prof. Ehkleif Tarawnh and a group of academics , financial experts and economists. JIB’s participation in this conference aims to strengthen the partnership  between various economic and educational sectors to develop Aqaba area and motivate investment process and promising economic projects and their reflections on the development of the local community. Dr Hani Mulki handed manager of JIB/ Aqaba branch an honorary shield in appreciation of the bank’s supporting the first economic conference of UJ and in recognition of the bank’s efficient contributions in supporting different activities that serve Aqaba citizens. It is worth mentioning that JIB is located in Aqaba governorate since 1982 and it has there a branch , one cash office and six ATMS out of 171 ATMs distributed in all parts of the kingdom.
