For the purposes of updating your data and in compliance with the instructions of the Central Bank and in order to ensure the continuity of providing the best banking services, We kindly request from all of our bank's customers who have not updated their data to visit any branch or office of our bank in order to update them , to avoid any blocking for banking service from those who do not update their accounts data, to save time and effort, forms can be downloaded and filled out before visiting the branch through the following forms:
Individual data update form Download
Basic Account data update form Download
Companies data update form Download
Entities data update form Download
Please attach a copy of the ID (identification card) of the customers who have Jordanian nationality or a copy of the passport for the other nationalities with the form sent for completing the data update procedures purposes.
To update account data from outside Jordan, please follow the listed instructions below:
1. Print out the data update form available on our bank’s website to be duly filled in and signed in the designated space with the signature approved at our bank and next to the phone number as well.
2. The authenticity of the signature on the form shall be approved by a correspondent bank in the country of residence.
3. Attaching a copy of a valid identity (double-sided of the identity card for Jordanians or a copy of the passport for the non-Jordanians.
4. A copy of the proof of residence.
5. Sending the form to the branch through express mail or DHL.
6. Or to delegate a person inside Jordan through the Jordanian embassy. Such delegation shall include authorizing the agent to specifically updating account data, and signing the forms at any of our bank's branches / offices.
Note: If the signature cannot be approved by a correspondent bank in the country of residence, please send the documents through express mail to the branch, providing that the signature on the update form is identical to the that signature approved by our bank.
